Paul Zahradnik, President
In 1987 Paul Zahrardnik developed Amherst Appraisal, Inc. Paul obtained his Auto Damage Appraisal Certification from Springfield Technical College after working as an Auto body Manager and owning his own Auto body Shop. Paul is a licensed Auto Damage Appraiser in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont. Paul is an I-CAR Platinum Individual. As President of Amherst Appraisal, Inc. Paul oversees all day to day operations as well as writing automotive appraisals, heavy equipment and property damage appraisals. Paul strives to make sure that he and his team always provide great service.
Jim Dotiwalla, Auto Damage Appraiser
Jim is described by those who know him as friendly and organized, with a reputation for giving prompt service. Jim is trained in collision repair, damage analysis, estimating management and auto damage appraising. Jim has over twenty years of experience within the auto appraisal industry. Jim is a Massachusetts certified Auto Damage Appraiser and I-CAR Platinum Individual. Jim enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors and is a motorcycle enthusiast
Wayne Whitlock, Auto Damage Appraiser
In 2017 Wayne joined Amherst Appraisal, Inc. after many years of owning and operating Seek a Geek, a local residential, and commercial I.T. company for many years. Wayne became an Auto Damage Appraiser in 2014 and is currently working on becoming I-CAR Certified. Wayne enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing and the sun on the beach.
Melisa Prescott, Office Manager
Melisa has over 20 years of Office Administrative and Management experience. Melisa began at Cahillane Auto Body and for the past twenty years has worked in the small office environment. Melisa is the liaison between Amherst Appraisal, insurance companies and customers to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Melisa handles the general bookkeeping and administration at Amherst Appraisal, Inc. Melisa enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Jeffrey Zahradnik, Claims Processor
Jeffrey began his career with Amherst Appraisal in 2012. Jeffrey brings a unique blend of organizational and handyman skills to Amherst Appraisal as his previous employment was in the carpentry field. Jeffrey processes customer claims and assists in general office duties. Jeffrey is a California native, his passions include golfing, cooking, and mountain biking. Jeffrey always greets you with a smile and a kind word.
James Zahradnik, Claims Processor & Appraiser in Training
James began his career with Amherst Appraisal in 2017 after working as an Auto body Technician for two years at The body Shoppe. James is a graduate of the automotive program at FCTS and working to become I-CAR certified and completing the welding program at Lincoln Technical School. James processes customer claims and is an apprentice Auto Damage Appraiser. James enjoys working on older 4×4 Jeeps and trucks and riding dirt bikes.
